INTO DEVELOPMENT (“INTO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) builds connected software systems and business applications, including cloud storage, CRM, HR, POS, restaurant, healthcare, education, communication and operational tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on the service and your configuration, we may collect account and contact details, organization and employee records, messages and files you choose to upload, transaction and operational data, support requests, device and browser information, IP address, security logs, and usage events. We collect information you provide directly, information created while using our services, and limited information from integrations you authorize.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the requested systems; authenticate users; process transactions and workflows; synchronize authorized integrations; provide support; diagnose errors; improve reliability and accessibility; prevent abuse and fraud; communicate service notices; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Google and other connected services

If you connect a Google or other third-party account, we access only the scopes and data needed for the feature you authorize. Connected data is used to provide that feature, is not sold or used for advertising, and is not transferred to unrelated parties. You can revoke access from the connected provider’s security settings or by contacting us. Third-party providers process data under their own policies.

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, security, communications and support providers that process it on our instructions; with your organization’s administrators; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or during a merger or asset transfer. We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments from service providers.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging and other safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request; we may verify your identity and coordinate with your organization’s administrator.

Children

Our services are for organizations and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
